Full Service
- Weekly email confirmation report with a timestamp, photos, water level readings and notes.
- Test water initially and annually with my digital water photometer.
- Brush walls and steps as needed.
- Add Chlorine, Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate as needed.
- Empty all pump and skimmer baskets as needed.
- Net surface of the water to a beautiful sparkling mint condition.
Full Service Elite
- Weekly email confirmation report with a timestamp, photos, water level readings and notes.

- Brush walls and steps.
- Add Chlorine, Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate as needed.

FULL DISCLOSURE AND PRICES
(for average size pools)
You pay monthly but the entire year is accounted for and this includes vacation, rainy day or sick time. I do not prorate or discount missed days due to rain, vacation or sick time. You pay for a four week service. If it is raining lightly then your service is converted to chemicals and basket only. If it is raining hard then service is postponed. The months in the year with 5 weeks I place extra chemicals in your pool and apply a service charge of $40 for the extra visit. You are responsible for maintaining your pool during my absence if needed.
Please remove all toys and rocks from the pool prior to my arrival as I do not remove toys and rocks. Please be sure the gate access side of the house is clear of all debris and garbage cans so I can easily navigate to your pool with my equipment. If you have a solar cover or pool cover I do not remove covers. I only answer calls and text during business hours from 8am – 5pm. PoolRX is mandatory after filter cleaning every 6 months.
